We cordially invite Makarov residents and the Makariv community to join us for the Green Cleanup event at Horodyshche in Makarov. The event is scheduled for Saturday, July 22nd, starting at 12 PM. If you haven't heard about Horodyshche before or thought of it as dull and neglected, we'll show you the opposite! After the cleanup, Horodyshche and the riverside will enter a new stage in their life, and its future depends on the visitors themselves.
Our agenda for the day is as follows:
12:00-12:30 Nashe Place Presentation
We will discuss our approach, history, your participation, and get to know each other.
12:30-15:00 Green Cleanup
We'll collect dry branches, mow the grass, plant new lovely plants, and more, making Horodyshche a place where you'd love to be.
15:00-15:30 Lunch Break
15:30-17:00 Lecture on Insects and Creating a House for Them
We'll talk about the usefulness of insects and how much good they do, while also creating a comfortable home for them with our own hands.
17:00-18:00 Rest on the Riverside
We'll exchange contacts, share photos, admire our work, and ourselves.
Bring along your friends, children, great mood, raincoat, and a picnic blanket to sit on.
For the children
We have an exciting expedition planned at Horodyshche! We'll explore Horodyshche like Indiana Jones and create maps that would rival Captain Flint's!
The reason we're doing all of this
We want to create a modern community space here, and the project is named Nashe Place. The motto of the project is 'Nothing for the community without the community!' We're genuinely interested in your opinions, so please join our events and express them actively.
